- We accept cancellations before the product is shipped.
★ Refund amount
A full refund will be given if the item has not been shipped.
*In the case of credit card payment, we will cancel the billing at our store. For details, please contact your card company.

■ Exchanges and returns due to customer convenience
- If you let us know before shipping the product, we will check the stock of the replacement product and then exchange it.
- Please note that once the product has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
- Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the product and return it. We cannot accept exchanges or returns after 5 days have passed since the product arrived. However, we will only accept exchanges and returns if the returned product is in a resalable condition.
- Please note that if there is damage, the customer will be responsible for returning the item. (Obviously used condition, smell, evidence of washing, dirt, damage, etc.)
In the case of a return, we will refund the amount after deducting the restocking fee of 20% of the price, the shipping cost for shipping, and the bank transfer fee in the case of bank transfer from the price of the returned item.
*For credit card payments, please note that the exchange rate at the time of payment may differ from the exchange rate at the time of refund.
*For bank transfer, the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
- For exchanges, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

■ Exchanges and returns due to product defects
- In the event of a defective product or the wrong product, we will promptly ship the replacement product at our expense after confirming the availability of the replacement product.
- We ask the customer to send the product to the specified return address by cash on delivery.
- As soon as the replacement item arrives at the designated return address, we will deliver the new item, but if you are in a hurry, we will do our best to accommodate you.
- For defective items, please send us a photo of the damaged part.
If you refuse to return the product
